The services requested through the gcmspro.com are non-refundable due to the nature of the service. The applicant failing to provide us with the required details or the signed consent form is not a ground for a refund. Any delay in the processing of your request at the applicable government department even if it is beyond the general 30 days processing time is not a ground for a refund requests as these processing times are beyond the control of gcmspro.com and the applicants. We (gcmspro.com) will refund the total paid amount if, under any circumstances, we failed to submit the applicant’s request to the applicable government department within 30 days after the applicant had provided us with all the necessary details, documents and payments.
We gcmspro.com will work on your submission as soon as we receive the request. We target a turnaround time of two working days once we receive all the required information and documents from the requestor. gcmspro.com will submit the request but have no control over the processing time taken by the concerned authority. If any processing time is indicated on the website, it is estimated or average based on your internal data. We do not guarantee the requester any processing time taken by a third party and shall not be counted responsible for any delay from the third party.
GCMSPro have provided the consent form on the FAQ page and will not do any follow-up with client for the consent form. It is clients responsibilty to send consent form in order to porcess request along with order transaction. GCMSPro shall not be consider as responsible for any such delay.
We, the operators of gcmspro.com, will retrieve the information on behalf of the requestor after getting consent from the requestor. We will serve requests made at gcmspro.com under the Privacy Act or the Access to Information Act of Canada or any other applicable statute of federal or provincial legislation of Canada.

We gcmpro.com reserves the right not to respond to unnecessary follow-up requests, order status tracking inquiries within 30-45 calendar days (“standard processing time”) from the date a request is submitted to the Canadian immigration authorities.

gcmspro.com has no control over information received on behalf of the requestor; such information is provided to the requestor as is.
The maximum liabilities on gcmspro.com are limited and cannot be exceeded above the value of the amount paid by the visitor.

Any immigration service will be delivered digitally only through Zoom, Teams, or any other medium, depending on the nature of the requested service. In contrast, gcmspro.com will send all the documents received from the concerned department via email.
Any legal opinions will be compiled based on the information received by the government authority and/or provided by the requestor. Any delay or no-show from the client’s end is the client’s responsibility and will not be refunded. Suppose, under any circumstances, gcmspro.com or its associated partners’ delay, cancel or postpone the scheduled meeting. In that case, all the amount paid will be credited towards the new time slot decided on mutual agreement. We gcmspro.com will not entertain any request for a refund on any immigration consultation or service under any circumstances if already processed.
